"Good Riddance" is the worst real name for a song since "Baba O'Reilly".Steve G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12021363760202667755noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037687028715936005.post-47290103813584853222010-03-12T21:41:31.015-05:002010-03-12T21:41:31.015-05:00Just throwing it out there, the song is called &qu...Just throwing it out there, the song is called "Good Riddance" NOT "Time of Your Life." "Time of your Life" is way, way overplayed though, since it is one of their fewer slow songs, especially at that point of their career.Steve G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12021363760202667755noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037687028715936005.post-15577787450973218482010-03-11T21:00:07.048-05:002010-03-11T21:00:07.048-05:00I remember purchasing "Dookie" in 4th gr...I remember purchasing "Dookie" in 4th grade from The Wall. It was the second cassette tape I ever owned, preceded only by Meat Loaf's "Bat Out of Hell." Green Day has stood the test of time and will go down in history as one of the greatest alternative rock bands to ever grace the music world.

And although not quite as retro as "J.A.R." my favorite Green Day song is probably just as obscure: "The Grouch" off Nimrod.Simon201https://www.blogger.com/profile/09112253052562926917noreply@blogger.com
